About Your Hostess
I’m delighted to offer my lovingly renovated 1920s apartment for holiday rentals. I purchased the apartment back in 2001 and have poured my heart into transforming it over the years—most of the renovations have been done by me, fuelled by my passion for DIY and creating beautiful, comfortable spaces. Every detail has been carefully considered to make guests feel at home.
With over 15 years of experience as a business owner, I’m completely customer-focused, so you can expect a warm welcome and professional, friendly service throughout your stay. I’m always happy to answer any questions—whether it’s about the apartment, Haarlem, or your travel plans—and I’m available if anything comes up during your visit.
I truly hope you’ll enjoy staying in this special place as much as I’ve enjoyed restoring it. Looking forward to welcoming you soon 🙂

The Story Behind the Red Clogs
I first discovered the charm of red clogs at a festival in 2015, when I bumped into a friend wearing a pair. The moment I tried them on, I knew I had to have some too! While they’re mostly decorative now, you might be surprised by how comfortable they actually are. Feel free to try them on—and if you’re in the mood, snap a selfie! 🙂
